5. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content (such as photos or videos) you create using the App. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us the right to process such content locally on your device to provide the App's functionality.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall [Talk-Cloud] be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
